What you will be doing…

In this role you will partner with engineering, product, customer success and many other internal and external stakeholders to release Unata’s platform today and scale release processes and capabilities for the future.

You will be responsible for ensuring our products are released on time, with the highest quality. You will help drive both, user acceptance testing and go-to-market for a new client launch or the rollout of an add-on module.

You will be a part of a cross-functional client delivery team which comprises a Customer Success Manager, who oversees the client relationship and project plan and a Solution Architect, a technical resource responsible for educating our clients on the platform and how to integrate with it.


We value Product Release Managers who have the following…

  • Experience planning and managing application releases to multiple environments across multiple clients
  • Previously worked with cross-functional stakeholders as needed to define body of work and applicable release plans
  • Lead release retrospectives to improve the release process, program productivity and product quality
  • Responsible for final sign off of the release and confirming it has met all criteria
  • Experience coordinating with Product Management on internal and external communication
  • Communicate release status to primary stakeholders, including risk management and impact assessment of changes to scope or effort
  • Experience partnering with product and/or engineering teams is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Extremely organized and detailed-oriented
  • Experience with releasing frequent updates for a SaaS platform
  • Scrum Master certification a plus
  • Strong analytical and technical skills


What this opportunity has to offer for you…

  • From the product intake process through User Acceptance Testing to Go-to-market, you will ensure a smooth product release
  • You will be a subject matter expert for the releases you manage and ensure our internal and external stakeholders are kept informed
  • Create and maintain internal documentation on release programs to ensure everyone is operating from the most recent and accurate information
  • Communicate to our internal teams the status and schedules, evaluate tradeoffs, and call out impediments taking into account product features and third party dependencies
  • Monitor, measure, and communicate release metrics to a broad internal audience
  • Support the Customer Success team in the execution of our project plan for new client launches and phases
  • Track tickets to be resolved in a given version and coordinate the completion of those tickets across our engineering pillars
  • Remove or communicate roadblocks to all relevant stakeholders
  • Has a valid driver's license and passport, and is able to travel to client sites as required
