What you will be doing…

As one of Unata's client-facing leads on client-related projects, you will be responsible for day-to day client interaction and account management, ensuring all milestones are managed and tracked, and that responsible team members are delivering tasks as per project plan.  Get ready to gather functional requirements, guide the scoping process, manage new client on-boarding and integration projects and act as the client account manager post go-live. In this role, you will develop extensive knowledge of the client solution and, where required, provide guidance to business users.

We value Customer Success Managers who have the following…

  • Experience establishing a deep understanding of Unata and our customer’s business operations, including internal processes and competitive context
  • Previously developed strategic plans to meet retail partners’ needs
  • Worked with cross-functional teams to guide implementation of strategic plans and accomplish goals on tight deadlines
  • Are customer-centric with exceptional client management skills and professionalism
  • Are detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills
  • Are product and user-experience obsessed
  • Have devised strategies to help retail partners grow their business using Unata’s products
  • Engage, educate, collaborate, and problem solve with external partners at all levels of the organization
  • Have excellent communication, presentation and client facing skills and a ‘take charge’ attitude
  • Have previous experience leading large-scale retail software transformations -- bonus points for experience within the grocery sector!
