Why This Opportunity is Cool
As one of Unata's client-facing leads on client-related projects, you will be responsible for day-to day client interaction and account management, ensuring all milestones are managed and tracked, and that responsible team members are delivering tasks as per project plan. Get ready to gather functional requirements, guide the scoping process, manage new client on-boarding and integration projects and act as the client account manager post go-live. In this role, you will develop extensive knowledge of the client solution and, where required, provide guidance to business users.
