Why This Opportunity is Cool

As one of Unata's client-facing leads on client-related projects, you will be responsible for day-to day client interaction and account management, ensuring all milestones are managed and tracked, and that responsible team members are delivering tasks as per project plan.  Get ready to gather functional requirements, guide the scoping process, manage new client on-boarding and integration projects and act as the client account manager post go-live. In this role, you will develop extensive knowledge of the client solution and, where required, provide guidance to business users.

  • Have an excellent awareness and experience on processes and best practices with retail software implementations
  • Are detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills

  • Have excellent communication, presentation and client facing skills
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial, creative spirit and are self starters
  • Have previous experience leading large-scale retail software implementations - bonus points for experience within the grocery sector!
