Why This Opportunity is Cool


As one of Unata's client-facing leads,you will be responsible for launching new customers, driving key business insights and recommending scalable growth strategies, implementing new operational processes, managing client needs and identifying new opportunities.


Our Best Customer Success Managers

  • Establish a deep understanding of Unata and our customer’s business operations, including internal processes  and competitive context
  • Develop strategic plans to meet retail partners’ needs
  • Work with cross-functional teams to guide implementation of strategic plans and accomplish goals on tight deadlines
  • Are customer-centric with exceptional client management skills and professionalism
  • Are detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills
  • Are product and user-experience obsessed
  • Devise strategies to help retail partners grow their business using Unata’s products
  • Engage, educate, collaborate, and problem solve with external partners at all levels of the organization
  • Have excellent communication, presentation and client facing skills and a ‘take charge’ attitude
  • Have previous experience leading large-scale retail software transformations -- bonus points for experience within the grocery sector!
